2 hrs & 15 mins later & still waiting to speak to an @EE manager. Having had my afternoon ruined, my evening is now spoiled too. You've got to try to retain a sense of humour - & it's not the fault of the telephone agent - but this is ridiculous. #CustomerServiceNot #StillWaiting

@helptobuy what a joke! You’ve not only not claimed my direct debit but you’ve cancelled it (yes I have checked with my bank). 1 hour in a queue on the phone on for it to disconnect after that hour #helptobuy #customerservicenot #directdebitnitclaimed

Amazed I still haven't heard from @Halfords after I contacted them on May 13th and they told me their complaints department would be in touch... not really surprised though. So, many big companies are difficult to deal with now and have online issues. #CustomerServiceNot

In some shock concerning my experience with @LloydsBank today, it was beyond a nightmare. What is wrong with their systems? Started calling them at 4 and finally resolved the immediate issue just after 7pm and 9 or 10 calls (2 of which were cut off). Pheww.... #CustomerServiceNot

This account encourages people to complain when companies that take our money don't produce a reasonable service, moreover, this is a useful space to say that you are doing it and to explain why. I've had problems meantime with @TalkTalk @LloydsBank and @BBC. #CustomerServiceNOT

LET DOWN AGAIN. Just tried to make a payment from my @LloydsBank account to a government entity. Payment declined. This has happened many times recently. My account is in good order. I now lose an hour or two of my work day because of dysfunctional systems. #CustomerServiceNot

Just had my seasonal argument with @aa_uk. Same every year. Fee up 96.2%! Andy annoyed when asked if he'd be happy with a 96% increase on any of his utilities. I threatened to leave. Instantly agreed increase of 'mere' 8%. #TryingItOn #CustomerServiceNOT. Diarised for next year!!
