@Ryanair delayed 6 hours for a one hour flight from Dublin to Luton, you app has wiped my booking, we’ve been offered a miserable €4 for refreshments it’s been hours!! Customer service empty…#dreadfulcustomerservice #abandoned #youcandobetter

I am currently on hold to #Sage after receiving a bailiffs letter for an auto renewal we verbally said we didn't want. After sage's software malfunctioned and cost us 3k with HMRC. Having written to sage and not had an answer...#dreadfulcustomerservice #notfitforpurpose
