Por fin me tomé el tiempo de hacer un script en #FijiSc para clasificar y cuantificar áreas foliares en distinto estado sanitario, (casi) todo automático, faltan un par de líneas para indicar que toda la data vaya ordenadamente a un Excel, algo manual de días ahora en minutos

Nice multicolor super res imaging tricks here, and the software to do it. But not sure if a "Nice matlab gui" is a Contradition in terms 🤔 😁 @christlet . This is certainly a really good one, vs. what I saw before! Port to #clij2 #napari #Fijisc ?
