$MMTLP Today, for absolutely NO REASON whatsoever, I feel like posting the December 7, 2022 video of Jeff Mendl, VP at @OTCMarkets, and @TraderTVBrendan discussing “FINRA's Corporate Action”.
They repeatedly state that December 12th, 2022 would be the last day OTC Markets would be reporting trades. In fact, they mention December 12th (or Monday), 10 TIMES in three minutes! And what did @FINRA do? They halted trading on December 9th, leaving tens of thousands blindsided.
Today, my favorite part of this video is when Brendan confidently says: “It’s going to probably do way more volume than it normally does until Monday, again end of trading on Monday. So you will have access up until Monday.”
At the time, I agreed that it would "probably do way more volume until Monday". Trouble is... we never made it to Monday!

From 2020 through July 2023 (the “Relevant Period”), JPMS regularly asked certain
advisory clients and brokerage customers (collectively and individually referred to as “clients” or
“client”) to whom it had issued a credit or settlement over $1,000 in value to sign a confidential
release agreement (“Release”) that impeded the clients from disclosing potential violations of the
federal securities laws to the Commission unless responding to an inquiry from the Commission.
Specifically, the Release required the clients to keep confidential not only the Release itself, but also
all information relating in any way to the specified account at JPMS. While the Release permitted
clients to respond to inquiries from the Commission, it did not permit voluntary communications
with the Commission concerning potential securities law violations. These confidentiality
provisions of the Release violated Rule 21F-17(a).

$gtii. Three month chart, This is not just Alpine and the Kramers, brokers, possibly a big MM are involved IMO. My guess is large broker dealers were trapped and are involved in trying to put out the fire!!! (Where is our dividend??).

This looked like great news until I read “The rule exempts activities such as hedging risk and market-making.”
Market-making = code for creating phantom shares by 1) taking your buy order, 2) not getting shares at settlement, and 3) requiring your cash payment anyway.

Has GTS been taken over by some sort of conservatorship? Ari Rubenstein has been a ghost for months & GTS Partner Ryan Sheftel left the Company in September. In October GTS acquired a Forex Exchange but still no sign of Ari, just quotes that could've came from anybody. $MMTLP

Time for @TheDemocrats and @GOP to demand trade settlement in $GTII.
The excuses some brokerages are giving for refusing to deliver the free special dividends that were due in October are laughable. Sone brokers won’t let investors trade the dividends, but claim they’ve been delivered.
At least one brokerage has told household investors they have to pay a hefty fee to get their FREE dividends.
The $GTII special dividends are REGISTERED AND APPROVED BY THE SEC.
Brokerage firms were given six months notice that the special
dividends were due in October.
How many counterfeit shares have they sold in this stock that they can’t deliver the dividends more than a month after the deadline?
Where is the @SEC enforcement here?
