You know #sprintember and #squatober and #deadcember but this year seniors messed with #throwVember we looked at concepts related to actual transfer of training and they came up with a month of workouts leading to improved throwing performance ⚡️⚡️ We will do this again!

From strength coach to strength coach, thank you for the information and content you provide to further our profession!
