So a handful of our @StJamesFB guys ale come to me a couple times a week at the facility. Want to see the @SHREDmillSpeed impact? The only thing we do at my facility since they train at school? SHREDmill G2 and G3, OHM walks at 0.1 and OHM runs at 3 and 6.
These guys have all went from 8-9 mph G2 and 11-13 G3 to 10.5-11.5 and 13-16 G3
