Interesting thread. It's true, we don't need to do 90 minutes all at once, every step matters. Take the steps, walk to the mailbox, it all counts. These papers remind me of something I read recently by @BethFratesMD @ACLifeMed regarding #ActivitySnacks. Thank you Donna!
