Countries can be more or less influential; there is no such thing as a “big country” simply because it is influential. There are anchor states in the region, and Djibouti is not one of them. 👉🏾STRATEGIC = geographic value. Countries can be more or less strategically important; there is no such thing as a “big strategic country.” Again, there are more strategically important countries in the region.
