Just stop using @airtelindia folks & switch to just any other number. These idiots have magically allotted my sister's number of 14 years to someone else! They asked for recharge history, bank details and what not! Everything was provided and yet to no avail! #DotSeva @DoT_India
I would hereby like to expose a blunder by @airtelindia of which my sister is a victim. She got her SIM ported to Airtel in 2019 and somehow they have registered it on someone else's name. Repeated complaints have fallen to deaf ears. Her bank accs. are linked with this number!
Now these clowns want her to go to Uttar Pradesh from Hyderabad and find out the person they have assigned the number to. Please note until recently she was using the number and all documents have been submitted.
All complaint channels including @TRAI have been of no use. The customer care calls up and never accepts their blunder nor tries to fix it.
Airtel representatives have been rude and unhelpful.
Wonder how many people are affected by this blunder by @Airtel_Presence

Taken fiber connection from @renubroadband on 27/9/20
They asked to submit amount for 6 months together.
Every week or 2, internet gets down. Their support is very poor and takes a lot of time to resolve.
