$MMAT $MMTLP – Thoughts now the Reverse Split has been voted down – MY OPINIONS ONLY Company can still reverse split with Board approval, however, authorized shares split too and that does them no good. Shorts, and in particular, the funds who participated in the recent offering and repricing of warrants were fully expecting a reverse split so that they could continue to short against their warrants. (see $MCOM, $MULN, every other company who does RS) This shorting against warrants that they all do is ILLEGAL.  It is not a locate and it is not a borrowed share.  However, the Prime Brokers allow it and they need to be held to account and reported to SEC and FINRA. WE NEED TO KNOW about the recent offering i. Who participated? ii. Were any of the funds bad actors? iii. Are they all registered as Dealers with FINRA? iv. Who are their Prime Brokers? v. Were any indemnifications given? If we get this info, the Company can now take action and gain favor with their true shareholder base. Investigate and sue HFs for not being a dealer i. As part of discovery: Find out who Primes are Get trading history dating back 2 years See if they have any SEC / FINRA issues ongoing See if they are registered as dealers REPORT to SEC/FINRA/DOJ all findings ii. Move forward with case spearheaded by W. Christian and his team Could be impactful, I have no knowledge yet At the very least, shows the shareholders the board has fight IF THE COMPANY DOES THESE THINGS, it becomes investible again and opens the door for: Rights Offering or ATM usage i. Shareholder base WILL SUPPORT THIS ii. FUNDS ARE TOXIC AND LETHAL - do not take $$ from the HFs who destroy these companies * Sales of non-core assets * Licensing deals * BOARD SHOULD BE BUYING STOCK * UZI, officers, and directors should be deferring portions of salaries Just my thoughts, not Gospel, just ideas.
