Conclusion: #IMvigor010 #Signatera analysis answers many questions lingering in the ctDNA MRD field. Implications for clinical practice (with confirmation) and future trial design are clear. What other adjuvant studies could benefit from #MRD testing❓
4/n Back to #IMvigor010, which looked at MIBC patients randomized 1:1 between adj atezo vs observation. Study itself unfortunately was negative for both OS and PFS in the IIT population. PD-L1 and all other traditional subgroup analyses unable to identify subgroup of responders
