Today was a good day. Got my latest article published on @SimpliFaster and got some Max V sprinting in.
Today I did 3x50 with a @Freelapglobal cone at 0, 30, 40, and 50. Starts we’re sluggish but 5/6 10 Y splits were faster than what @BrendanThompsn calls #RollingAvg.
80% of reps better than rolling average ✅
Consistently high level of training today than days prior ✅
When consistently above the bar you’ve set in the past, the PRs will take care of themselves!
