Today, #Validvent kicked off Berlin Blockchain Week with a private breakfast organized by @adan_asso and @bundesblock, where @Marianadlrw Director of #Validvent and member of the board at @INATBA_org has been invited. The event featured discussions on @adan_asso's new study, "Web3 and Crypto in France and Europe" (conducted in collaboration with @KPMG and @Ipsos), and the manifesto, โA Europe that Chooses its Future.โ
Additionally, the EU manifesto from @INATBA_org, @EuCInitiative, @BlockchainforEU, and @EUBLASORG was discussed.
This gathering provided an ideal opportunity for the exchange of insights between associations, press, and selected representatives from politics and business.

๐ MiCAR Roundtable Experts Series
As part of our ongoing commitment to advancing dialogue and promoting the further legal development within the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors, @thinkBLOCKtank (tBt) and #Validvent are orchestrating a series of high-level roundtable discussions across Europe, focusing on the MiCAR implementation. These are not (public) educational sessions but expert discussions. Our goal is to foster in-depth dialogues between regulators, practitioners, and public authorities on various aspects of MiCA, aiming at increasing legal certainty for the Web3 space.
Organized in collaboration with key stakeholders, each of the roundtables is an exclusive invite-only workshop that limits participation to 30 distinguished guests per event. These include a mix of expert advisors and representatives of public authorities and regulators. At the core of each session are presentations by the rapporteurs of the event, presenting very specific practical challenges when applying MiCAR and guiding the discussion in search for a solution. Insights from these roundtables will be consolidated into a comprehensive report.
Kick-off was in London on the 23rd of March and further roundtables are already organised in other EU cities. Stay tuned for more information and reach out to @ninsie3 and @Marianadlrw if you are interested in contributing to one of the upcoming roundtable workshops.
