online e-commerce needs to be strictly regulated and should be punishable under jurisdiction if any discrepancy is found in the business. I recommend people to buy products in your nearest showroom or retailer if you want the genuine products.

Nowadays @Flipkart is doing a scam like no return policy, products are not genuine,open box delivery charges,etc. Most of the people wouldn't like this from the Indian e-commerce company. I received the worst copy products instead of the genuine one.Need attention @_sachinbansal

There is no option to contact customer service, and a counterfeit product cannot be exchanged or returned. Finally we don't save money on e-commerce sites It's just a blink of an eye. Finally our hard earned money and time is completely wasted.
