Hey @OctopusEnergy I am trying to finalise my switch to you from @BritishGasHelp and every time I put in my Gas serial number or MPRN number I get an error message. I know the number is right because I've asked BG already.

@JonMcNestrie @Garmin @Strava @SpotifyUK @Apple Ah that is a real shame 😔. I had issues with my Vivoactive 3s and they were brilliant. I've never tried a full running watch though, I've always needed the ability for it to do strength training and swimming too.

Move with the work, as a multi-disciplinary team, minimizing hand offs
