@willkramer @GergelyOrosz Exactly my experience. Huge M365 promises, zero delivery. Just constant "Sorry..." errors, mediocre results or machine-killing memory usage. We’re begging for Claude, but us in the trenches are stuck with this Copilot contract instead. Infuriating 🙄 GitHub Copilot is ok, though

I experienced that candidates stick when they feel a connection. If you don’t show you’re excited for them, don’t be shocked if they keep looking.
