@cdkeyscom I had to open a new ticket as no one would reply to me. I did get a reply saying the same thing as before... someone is prioritising my request... 4 days, no game, no refund, no help whatsoever, so will contact paypal for fraud. Unacceptable. Do not trust these people one bit.
