118 doesn't work. Complaints registered on app is always responded in 12 to 24 hours with a robo call to confirm if issue is resolved!

@Saherb1 That is a logical & accurate assessment. It appears permanent peace treaties will ultimately be established as alternative solutions for the USA with Iran and Russia with Ukraine are getting limited. However, the current situation is likely to continue causing damage until that.

Just look at the video. I kept on waiting to be connected on phone despite repeated announcement that I'm being connected. I kept on hearing the same for ten minutes, and hanged up. Tired.
