@YGaritaonaindia@NatRevClinOncol Why would you aim for a single target or actionable driver when we know how intricate cancer molecular biology is and it doesn’t depend on one single target (besides HER 2, and even then pCR is not always achieved). pCR is not synonymous of cure.
