Tip for fellow Claddiators - search your developers name against civil service/council declarations of gifts/benefits. I have a long list of hotel rooms and cosy lunches that have helped me find the people our developer wants us to speak to least #endourcladdingscandal

@LiamSpender But not dealing with insurers behaviour. The large insurers have collectively shorted the market allowing premia to rocket as they fail to compete with each other. And they have used it as an opportunity to drive unrelated and significant exclusions. @CMAgovUK @TheFCA @luhc
