@IPAPharmacies Monday I had a script for 30 Cetirizine 10mg. The patient’s copay was $0.09 and Tricare reimbursed $0.00. I believe it was my lowest total rx reimbursement in 15 years.
@undertbleacherz@bennyjohnson Still pissed at Target because they dropped all (most) of their DEI bs. I have a former sister-in-law that I see her FB posts. They’re insane.
@SteveMooreRx@DrugChannels I already deliver and convenience package for a set of care homes, homebound patients and local health dept for antipsychotic injections. So I just got new NPI and NCPDP to be a combo pharmacy. I’d guess a large number of those “newly opened” pharmacies are the same case.
@Breakfast_Fan@pharmbassist75@HokiePharmacist You think house reps are not willing to bring up a separate vote on the PBM bill because of Trump? He has repeated many times he was going to get rid of them.
@pharmbassist75@HokiePharmacist Trump is not in office yet. DOGE has only begun in thought. And neither can bring forth a bill to be voted on.
This is squarely in the laps of our Senators and House Reps to take care of.
@wrekdonu @HortonBrosPharm @RepGregMurphy I had a patient this past Saturday whose Silverscript would only “cover” brand name Ventolin inhaler. His copay was $55+. Script reimbursed me an extra like 23 cents (I think it was). I sold him a generic albuterol inhaler for $33 cash.
@HokiePharmacist I’ve been letting my pts know since Nov 1 I wouldn’t be carrying them after Dec 31. As of Nov 30 I’ve lost over $11,000 this year on $800,000 in purchases.
How’d they lose $27k on $562k not including Wegovy and Zepbound?
Hey @Humana@HumanaHelp How the hell does this Rx not have specific calculable directions when the MD wrote that 360 is a 90 day supply, and I documented the usage with his insulin. That’s just BS.
