MERFISH or other in situ preps are the way to go for that. To bias for glia without FACS you can use a 20-30 micron pore filter which filters out many neurons and increases your cell diversity

All models are wrong but some are useful. Picking a cell type and brain region that is congruent with humans is key to understanding age related cognitive decline. Investigating how astrocytes in the striatum change with age and their impact on behavior is a valid pursuit.
@trikomes@pmarca This graph is terrible for several reasons: 1. Where is the y axis label? Title helps a bit but needs clarity 2. Is this prescription per person per year or total ? 3. Where are the error bars? How am I supposed to be confident in a change per year if I don’t know the spread
