Just boiling water gives me barley beef stew or chicken lentil soup in minutes.

@MrsKinder @ZubyMusic Growing up, we had a huge vent fan from the utility room to the attic, then gable vent fans to clear the attic. Open windows on opposite ends of the house, pull fresh air in for a minute, then close the windows and crank up the AC and it cools off way faster.
