@bryan_johnson For sure you can do it. I’m exactly your age 5’8” and was able to touch the rim last year. Plyometrics and volume of exercise for our joints to get that blood flow in there is what will create strength you need to accomplish your goal.

@RandyWKirk1 16th amendment allows for taxes on income without apportionment. It’s unconstitutional to tax unrealized gains as they are not income. Even if they find the legal standing efficiencies to administer it would be rough and wasteful.
