@HalifaxBank I’ve been transferred twice and each time I haven’t then had any response. It’s becoming a real problem as payments are bouncing. My Monzo card arrived 3 days after me reporting it stolen and we are receiving other post. Really frustrating.
@HalifaxBank ordered replacement cards 2 weeks ago after my bag was stolen. They still haven’t arrived. Trying to use the live chat function but no one responding after being transferred to a colleague after the initial questions.
@BritishGasHelp Oh come on, you know as well as I do that your advisors on web chat can do very little particularly when it comes to direct debits. You are hoarding money and I want my money back. Why is the onus on the customer to contact you? How about after your cock up you call me?
@BritishGas app is terrible, no advisers ever available on web chat. Been on hold for 18 mins and greeted with a human who can’t work out how to use the phone and hangs up. Perhaps I’ll make myself as unavailable when you contact to me to ask why I’ve cancelled my dd.
@jet2tweets any chance of being able to speak to a human about an existing booking? Second attempt at phoning, been on hold an hour 🤷🏼♀️ and no live chat/web form option. Nor is there any idea of a wait time. Really frustrating when it should be a very easy thing to do.

@OfficialPLT_CS Thank you for replying. It turns out the driver couldn’t tell the difference between a 6 and 9 and delivered to number 26 rather than us. Lucky the people were so honest and just guessed it was meant for us. Happy to have it 🤗💃🥳
@Hermesparcels could you tell me where my parcel? Tracking says delivered but it would appear not given I’ve been here all day. It’s really irritating given I’ve paid next day delivery with @OfficialPLT. Any help other than the useless digital Holly? 🙄🤬
@SkyHelpTeam would be great if firstly you rang back as promised and/or let your existing customers get through to you on the phone. If you can’t be arsed neither can we and other providers who appear more bothered than you will get our custom.
@SkyHelpTeam broadband connection is utterly useless, been disconnected since yesterday evening. Diagnosis tool online isn’t working, it just says ‘sky hub is busy’. 😡😖
@SkyHelpTeam our broadband is terrible and hardly worth what we are paying for it at the moment. Trying to work from home is near impossible - please can you look into this because your online self diagnosis isn’t working either. Many thanks.

@GWRHelp I understand I can get a refund on train tickets as my train was cancelled. What would you suggest for the all day parking at the station I forked out for on top of train tickets?
@GWRHelp When the 9:11 and 9:42 were cancelled, your employers Amat the station had no information on bus replacement services. I was told there were non available.
@GWRHelp My train was cancelled this morning, followed by the two later ones with no suitable alternative offered. No replacement bus options were provided to me. I will be getting my train tickets refunded, how about the all day parking at the station?
@MissSelfridge why can I not return my order via Royal Mail? I’ve tried to generate a Royal Mail label and your customer service have just told me Hermes is the only option. That’s such a faff!!! Can someone just provide me with a Royal Mail label please?!
