@xsphi This is not contingent on whether the act is considered _moral_, as consent is (and should be) a minimal standard that determines whether we can prosecute or punish for rape.
@xsphi Invalid/consent: if the person is of sound mind to consent to sex, agrees to this arrangement, and doesn't withdraw consent during the act, this is a clear affirmative signal that they know they will have sex: otherwise they could have denied consent or say nothing.
Historical moment indeed: formal methods are now verifying real-world binaries at scale! But the specs are single-entry (not API), proofs are huge, and reuse is largely copy-and-adapt. Compositional reasoning and modular abstractions are how the FM community can make this scale.
@boymoderology In fairness aren't the prohibited degrees of consanguity identical in this law and the incest law (such that both allow first cousins through)?
@frogs4girls Vivaldi once wrote a lesbian opera: Arsilda, regina di Ponto. It features a woman mistakenly falling in love with a cross-dressing woman (though sadly they don't end up together), and was censored on release. It's also not really part of the repertoire.
