@GrayceSlobodian@mmt98#CSSWMMT22 Grace, I am a caregiver of my 17 year old daughter,I agree with you that it’s rewarding, but I feel alone.I have a difficult time coordinating all the appointments and treatments. Hospital’s should have coordinators for chronic illness#caregiver #chronic illness
@roxanaransoli@mmt98 I really enjoyed reading this book, Gayathri is truly a resilient woman, with all the barriers that she experienced, she became an advocate to the world of mental health.@mmt98@roxanaransoli#CSSWMMT22
@mmt98@Cm4113Martin I believe that screening a child for mental illness in school is a bit inappropriate. The child will feel scrutinized by his peers and teachers. I wouldn’t allow my child to be screened in school, a child should be screened in a doctor’s office with privacy.
Do you agree?
I think it’s a great idea for pediatricians to screen children ages 8-18 for mental illness. However, I don’t agree that schools should be made aware of the child’s diagnosis without the parent’s consent. #CSSWMMT22 @mmt98 https://t.co/Kea2VURTZx
This is great news!! Patients that used to be chained down because of their mental illness, are finally getting the proper care that they deserve. #CSSWMMT22 @mmt98 https://t.co/CiwQ97r60o
@JR_Minson @WHO@cdc@mmt98 I totally agree with you @JR_Minson, however, I feel that over time COVID will be treated like the Flu and people will know how to deal with it better than we are at the present time. @mmt98#CSSWMMT22
via @nytopinion As a mom of a special needs daughter who is ventilator dependent, the shortage of Homecare nurses is very difficult on me since I am the primary caregiver. #CSSWMMT22 @mmt98 #Brooklynnurses https://t.co/uLoDp1CRAe
@mmt98@SWcareer@TheNapMinistry@InsightTimer I love to run and practice yoga, however I’ve been loving @SLTnyc, you need to concentrate while on the reformer which I find keeps me from thinking about what I need to get done for the day. Pure concentration!!
