@OctopusEnergy I must say it’s really quite annoying I can’t control my DD amount when it’s “lower than the recommended”. Given we are heading into the summer months I would rather be charged for what I need to, so it’s not even throughout the year. Can you amend this to £60 please?
@OctopusEnergy hi. I changed my DD to £83 a couple of weeks ago but I’ve just had an email to say £100 will be deducted for my DD. Please can you look into this?
@HelloFreshUK I have been given a discount code from a friend, so created an account then accidentally shut the browser so went back in and it said my discount had been applied but at the check out it says for new customers only even though I am a new customer and haven’t ordered

@OctopusEnergy I’ve received an email stating that you’re increasing my monthly amount but I don’t wish to proceed with this because it’s not required. Please can you keep the amount as is so there are no changes as of 2nd October.

@TUIUK do you offer a price match for holidays? I have seen a holiday on OnTheBeach for the exact same dates, flights, hotel etc and your price is £185 more for 2 people.
