BREAKING: WE WON. A MICHIGAN COURT JUST STRUCK DOWN MICHIGAN SECRETARY OF STATE JOCELYN BENSON'S RULE ORDERING CLERKS TO DELETE ELECTION POLL BOOKS.

FINAL JUDGMENT. PERMANENT. STATEWIDE.

"Rule 168.48 is invalid."

The rule: DELETE the poll book files after every election.
The law: KEEP election records 22 months.
The Court: "When an administrative rule conflicts with a statute, the statute controls."

One township clerk asked which law to follow. Nobody answered. So Michelle McQueer sued.

82 days later, she won. For EVERY clerk in Michigan. Starting with TOMORROW'S election.

And the Court directed the Secretary to write NEW instructions for all 1,520 clerks that follow the ruling. The poll book files go on encrypted flash drives and stay there for 22 months.

Remember what we said in October? Reconstruction is not preservation.

The Court agreed: "Retaining the metadata is as crucial as retaining the data itself."

READ THAT ONE TWICE.

The State's big burden? The Court found it's "at most, $100 per additional flash drive."

She uncovered video of the far-left group Indivisible openly admitting that their main goal isn't just removing Donald Trump from office. Just to recap for the average, good-hearted American trying to keep up:

A network of retired admirals, former intelligence officers, and ex-USAID “democracy” experts accidentally left hundreds of gigabytes of internal strategy calls, red-line documents, and recordings about “how to declare the federal government illegitimate” sitting in public cloud links… for three full years.

These are the experts who spent their careers in communications security. Yet they forgot how Google Drive permissions work.

Then, right before the midterm elections, two average American patriots “Lisa and Sarah” just happen to come across the public links and pass them to their data-analyst friend, @DataRepublican — who drops the juiciest clips in perfect narrative order.

Timing? Excellent.

Volume of “secret” material? Extremely generous.

Security practices of highly trained intelligence professionals and military experts? Catastrophically bad.

The narrative is that a team of career intelligence professionals and military officers, whose entire job is operational security, somehow left the digital front door wide open for anyone to walk through for over a thousand days—and then, as luck would have it—the archive just happens to land in the most useful hands at the most useful moment.

Total coincidence, I’m sure.

Because there’s no way that the @FBI or @CIA would stage a political op designed to fool the American citizenry (aka J6, the Whitmer Fed-napping plot, DC Pipe Bomber, etc) right before an election.
