@NCHammer1980@Scott_Geelan I was thinking Walker because if it gets late, Argentina are extremely effective on the counter, even more so in extra time. Having him in his prime, tracking back at a bajilion miles per hour would be useful.
@MischiefsYT@_Detrend_ Could these fall under the remit of half getting laid off now (Dallas), and the other half (these people) getting laid off over the next fiscal year? It would fit the required timeline for EU/German law
@JezCorden Slightly different to how it happened. Project Dwarka was one of three concepts pitched by Press Play, along with Project Karoo (which became Trailmakers by Flashbulb Games) and Project Knoxville, which was chosen, in part by a community. I can still see a 2015 Dwarka video.
@TheBxRenegade@JezCorden@XBOX While true, it cuts off four generations of physical media after they've tried so hard to position themselves as consumer friendly in that regard. I think the only viable option is an external bluray. Maybe if they can make it a modular snap-on attachment?
@KourtsideKing@DrBeevo@Knoebelbroet I've got no numbers but I think the first Grounded probably outsold every other Xbox published Obsidian game combined.
@Shpeshal_Nick Given the numbers that Grounded pulled in, I presumed they'd get a decent downsizing at absolute worst. Only because their RPG efforts will have missed their targets.
@DingusDen@JezCorden The 360 marketplace is already down though? Only the back compat stuff that transitioned took the new marketplace is still available
@Shpeshal_Nick It's getting to a point where they will burn every bridge and bit of goodwill left in the industry. They'll just struggle to hire anyone in future. One massive overcorrection and Xbox will be dead on its feet outside of a tiny number of core offerings.
@majornelson@donasarkar I highlighted this in a presentation I had to give in college! It was just after this had came out and I felt that accessibility in tech was an underappreciated area.
@veggiekrays@BBCMOTD It seems extreme but it's to stop people trying to get away with saying vile racist shit, though. If there wasn't a precedent of people covering their mouth to hide it, it wouldn't need to be a rule.
