Well this is truly a paradox from individual company’s perspective (maximizing individual profits) but not at all from humanity‘s advancements as a whole.

If each big company that accumulated worlds top brains would feed back knowledge without restrictions it might work against them in short term but would speed up humanity’s common knowledge for the long term.

@AirEuropa My flights (>2000EUR) got cancelled due to COVID, I requested a reimbursement many months ago, and now either nobody picks the phone for hours, or just claims I have to wait more months!!
Flight was >1yr ago so there is no voucher possible.
