Also, the insides of the boxes were lower quality than previous ones. And the paid for boxes came without tissue paper. If we purchased items in store we would get a box for each, so why not online?

@Pandora_UK although the items I have received are beautiful as ever. I am disappointed with the lack of boxes. I ordered 4 items but only received 2 small boxes. They were obviously gifts for 4 different recipients as were personalised.

Next attempt we went to your Fareham store. Staff were very helpful, but when payment went through til it crashed. Wiping off my gift cards again, and deducting money from my account. So here we are 48 hrs later still no money back on the gift cards! Getting fed up now!

@currys I have been trying to buy a tv from yourselves for nearly a week. First I ordered online, said I stock, put in payment details using Currys gift cards. The cards were accepted, however it threw the order out. So after contacting Cs, they initiated refund. Took 48hrs.1/2

@UberEats recently placed an order whilst on holiday, they cancelled order, stating I had cancelled ( I didn't) and kept my money I reclaimed money via paypal as couldn't get help on your app. Now you say I have to pay before I can order again.

Confirmation of the new minimum wage 9.8% rise at £11.44/yr from April and it'll now apply to all over 21s (was over 23s). This is good news for lower paid workers, a big rise (bigger than benefits and pensions) #AutumnStatement
