@ave_eli@grok I found that behaviour common when I was using abliterated models / models which were broken into / had hooks applied to remove guardrails. They repeat the same few things over and over again. Some sort of recursive lookup
@RennickGBR Is there a plan to support peoples retirement? I think most arent dilligent enough to put money away.
I dislike the little say we have in super and the restrictions around smsfs though
@LouiChristopher Population growth and fare more houses. But most of new properies have renters in them.
Lines up to general immigration and need for temporary housing
@ave_eli Mostly right. For me, i want to build a wizard tower where I can work on my various projects and occasionally glance out at civilisation.
The only time I get to do this is between 9pm and midnight right now.
@CryoLife2032 I believe these issues work themselves out through natural selection. Those who minimise or resist these temptations to live a more normal life continue to reproduce similarly aligned offspring.
@AngusTaylorMP Be nice if you stopped arguing with one nation and just focused on conservative right politics.
I've voted One Nation the last 3 fed elections but I'm happy to swing back to Liberal if the policies and stupid stuff is sorted out.
@bryan_johnson You might not read this due the the noise. But you've been given another great opportunity. People should be happy that you have the resources to cure another incurable disease, resulting in helping many others with the same issue. Im following intently!
@LisaJaneSpencer I always wonder if this mismatch in ideaology is driven by a breakdown in early life family structure. So their focus is shifted outwards.
@LisaJaneSpencer Its always explained by this heatmap. It shows where con. and libs. place their moral concerns. Each goes from immediate family, to extendes, all humans, animals etc.
Liberals spend their time worrying about everyone else but their own.
@joshem27@cmkusher Thats what I hear, I am guessing they will continue to do so. But I like to see the actual data - is the rate of increase today more than last year?
When the media is suggesting record high rents, that will be a given at any point of <today> onwards due to normal inflation
@cmkusher I could definitely understand a 10% or even 15%. Especially given the insane price increases.
I think it will be interesting to see if rents really do surge and how that influences investment due to higher yields
