@koeng101 This is cool stuff! Have played around with a similar concept, but no where close to where youve gotten it! Excited to see it being implemented in biofoundries.
Raising too much money is one of the greatest ways to take a team with high urgency and corrupt them with a sense of infinite time to figure things out.
A thing that I keep seeing in organizations I talk to: a few senior people are experimenting with AI in their work and realizing that this is going to be a huge deal in their industry.... yet they have huge trouble getting their colleagues to even try the systems out seriously.

I’m excited to announce that the application for the 2024 edition of our @medialab and global synthetic biology course, “How to Grow (Almost) Anything” is now open! Application link in thread 👇
idk who needs to hear this but THE POINT OF REUSABLE WATER BOTTLES IS TO HAVE VERY FEW OF THEM. LIKE 1 OR MAYBE 2. BECAUSE THEYRE REUSABLE. SO U DONT NEED A BUNCH OF WATER BOTTLES. BECAUSE U REUSE THEM.
(1/n) Announcement: Just like every Jan, I will be teaching "Frugal Science" a global collaborative course focused on skills to tackle challenges in global health, scienceEd & climate action (new).

Letting kids skip grades gives them more time to live their lives.
Gifted adolescents who were allowed to skip grades earned more doctorates, published more papers, and filed more patents, and they did so at earlier ages.
We need more grade skipping.
