The United Nations Convention against Cybercrime provides an important opportunity to strengthen international cooperation in addressing an increasingly complex transnational challenge. At the Crime Congress today I indicated that @IDLO stands ready to support its implementation through translating its provisions into strong legal frameworks and capable institutions, while safeguarding human rights and due process.
