You don't have to be a programmer to enjoy Linux. You do have to like computers, though. It's amazing how many people who work in our industry who really don't. But for those who do, Linux is a celebration.
@qatarairways Terrible handling of check-in at JFK this evening. Denied check-in to on-time flight because my next flight almost a day away is supposedly suspended. No phoneline (tried close to 50 times), no ticketing desk, no website self-service, my corporate travel agent has no access.
Wow @flySFO, terminal 1 is an absolute delight. Loved the museum around flight history and the whole experience from security through to @TheClub_Lounge to the shops and dining options. Thank you for showing the rest of the world what a modern airport should be like.
Wow @British_Airways . Your online experience is well overdue that anticipated upgrade. Cookie errors, Edge server 404 pages, complete failure of login flow multiple times. Makes you think what else is failing behind the scenes.
Okay, I'm just going to throw this out there, but maybe - just maybe - a vendor having the ability to change every one of their kernel drivers in the field at the same time without any approval from IT/end users is a model we need to reconsider... @CrowdStrike.
Hearing @jesselyu about how important the analogue physical buttons and wrenches are in hardware having gone through the touchscreen only era. Couldn't agree more on the emotional satisfaction you get with certain hardware interactions. Looking forward to my r1 @rabbit_hmi
