यद्यपि केही मुद्दाहरू भावनाभन्दा माथि उठेर मूल्यांकन गर्नुपर्छ। सटर लिएर व्यवसाय गर्ने व्यापारीले बिभिन्न कर तिर्नु पर्ने, घर बहाल तिर्नु पर्ने, अनि छेउमा बसेर सडक व्यापारी एउटा साइकल वा ठेलाको भरमा कर/बहाल नतिरी, फुटपाथ अवरुद्ध गरेर व्यापार गर्ने? अनि उसलाई व्यापार गर्न दिनुपर्ने ? कोठाको बहाल तिरेर, तिर्नु पर्ने कर तिरेर व्यापार गर्न उसले नसक्ने हो?

यसरी व्यापार गर्न पाइदैन भन्ने सबैलाई थाहा छ । महानगर प्रहरी आयो भने सामान उठ्छ भन्ने पनि थाहा छ। सामान उठेका व्यापारीहरू फेरी अर्को साइकल/ठेला लिएर आएको पनि देखिन्छ, तर सटर बहालमा लिएर व्यापार गर्न सकिन्न ? बारम्बार सूचना दिइएको छ, बारम्बार अनुरोध गरिएको छ, केही नलागे पछि मात्र उठाइएको छ।

वैध पसल खोल्नुहोस्, पसल दर्ता गर्नुहोस्, फुटपाथ अवरुद्ध नगरी मज्जाले व्यापार गर्नुहोस्। यसो गरे महानगरले रोक्दैन, कसैको गरिखाने अधिकार महानगरले कहिले खोस्दैन, र खोसेको पनि छैन।
