@SonosSupport Thanks. I had looked at that before reaching out to you and there doesn’t seem to be a solution there either. I’ll try again tomorrow morning and if it doesn’t work it’ll just have to go back to Amazon and I’ll go down a different route with a different manufacturer.

@SonosSupport hi, I’m trying to connect a song Bluetooth turntable to a new Sonos Move. Both use Bluetooth 4.2 but they won’t connect. Any thoughts?
