@NewsTeleC Every great community begins with people willing to lead, build, and inspire. Decentralization becomes powerful only when there is something worth protecting.
Plot twist
The most successful Web3 communities are often the least decentralized ones
I used to believe decentralization automatically created stronger communities
Then I spent time watching different projects grow
The communities that lasted were rarely the ones where everyone had equal influence
They were usually the ones with clear leadership clear direction and people willing to make decisions
Decentralization is great for ownership
It is not always great for coordination
Most people do not join communities because they want governance
They join because they want purpose progress and momentum
The irony is that many projects become obsessed with decentralizing everything before they have built anything worth decentralizing
That is why so many governance forums feel empty while a few strong communities keep growing
One thing I appreciate about @RallyOnChain is that contribution matters more than simply holding a vote
Could the biggest mistake in Web3 be trying to decentralize too early?
@Azi322224252@RallyOnChain The part about quality over popularity is exactly what caught my attention. Every creator starts small, but good work should always have a chance to stand out.
@0xVeloX@RallyOnChain On-chain scoring removing the middleman opinion is the part I keep coming back to. The work gets judged on what it actually is, not on how it landed with one person having one kind of day.
