చంద్రబాబు రాజకీయాల్లోకి వచ్చినప్పటి నుంచి కులాన్ని నమ్ముకున్నాడు. తన చుట్టూ సొంత కులపోళ్లనే పెట్టుకున్నాడు. ఆయన చుట్టూ ఎంత మంది ఉన్నా చంద్రబాబు నమ్మేది ఆయన కులపోళ్లనే. అమరావతి కూడా గుంటూరు - కృష్ణా జిల్లాల మధ్య పెట్టాడు. అక్కడ ఆయన సామాజికవర్గానికి బలమెక్కువ. తన చుట్టూ తన సామాజిక వర్గాన్ని కోటలా పెట్టుకుంటున్నారు.

చంద్రబాబుకు డబ్బు విలువ బాగా తెలుసు. తాను జనం మనిషిని కాదని.. మాస్‌ లీడర్‌ని కాదని చంద్రబాబుకు బాగా తెలుసు. సో.. డబ్బులు వెదజల్లాలి. అప్పుడు జనం వస్తారు. ఈ సూత్రాన్ని మొదట కనిపెట్టి డబ్బులు మూటలు రాజకీయాల్లోకి దించింది చంద్రబాబే. భారత రాజకీయాల్లో రూ.500 నోటు మొదట ఎన్నికల్లో పంచింది చంద్రబాబే. డబ్బుతో అన్ని వ్యవస్థలను, ఎవరినైనా మేనేజ్‌ చేయొచ్చు అని నమ్బి అమల్లోకి తెచ్చింది చంద్రబాబే. అంతేకాదు... తాను ఒంటరిగా ఎన్నికల్లో పోటీ చేస్తే గెలవడు అని చంద్రబాబుకు బాగా తెలుసు. అందుకే.. పొత్తు లేకుండా ఎన్నికలకు పోడు. ఎవరైనా ఎన్నికల్లో పోరాడుతారు.. చంద్రబాబు మాత్రం పొత్తు కోసం పోరాడుతారు.

3. ఎల్లో మీడియా:
ఇక.. చంద్రబాబు సృష్టించిన అత్యంత శక్తిమంతమైన ఆయుధం ఎల్లో మీడియా. చంద్రబాబు రాజకీయాలకు పునాది, శ్లాబ్ ఎల్లో మీడియానే. చంద్రబాబు రాజకీయ జీవితానికి కవచం ఎల్లో మీడియా. ఈ ఎల్లో మీడియా సోషల్ ఇంట్రస్ట్, పీపుల్ ఇంట్రస్ట్ ఉండదు. ఓన్లీ చంద్రబాబు పొలిటికల్ ఇంట్రస్ట్ మాత్రమే ఉంటుంది. చంద్రబాబు భావజాలాన్ని ప్రజల మెదళ్లల్లోకి ఇంజస్ట్ చేయడంలో ఎల్లో మీడియాది కీలక పాత్ర. చంద్రబాబు మీడియాను మరింత పెంచుకుంటున్నారు. ఇంకా పెంచుతారు.. మీడియా విలువ బాగా తెలిసిన రాజకీయ నాయకుడు చంద్రబాబు. అందుకే.. మీడియాలోకి బ్లాక్ మనీని తరలిస్తూ విస్తరిస్తున్నారు.

పై మూడు తన రక్షణ కవచంగా చేసుకుని చంద్రబాబు రాజకీయాలు చేస్తున్నారు. లిక్కర్‌ పారించడంలో చంద్రబాబును మించినవారు లేరు. ఎన్టీఆర్‌ విధించిన మద్యపాన నిషేధాన్ని ఎత్తేసినప్పటి నుంచి మద్యం ఏరులై పారించినవాడు చంద్రబాబు. లిక్కర్‌ టెండర్లు తమ వారికే దక్కేలా చేసి.. వారిని ఆర్దికంగా బలపరిచి.. ఆ డబ్బులను ఎన్నికల్లో విచ్చలవిడిగా ఖర్చు పెట్టిస్తారు. ఇప్పుడు అమరావతిని తన ATMగా మార్చుకున్నారు చంద్రబాబు. అమరావతి ATM నుంచి వేల కోట్లు డ్రా చేసుకుంటూ.. ప్రజాధనం దోచుకుంటున్నారు. ఈ డబ్బు అంతా అక్రమ, వక్ర మార్గాల ద్వారా విదేశాలకు వెళ్లి... మళ్లీ హవాలా రూపంలో ఎన్నికల నాటికి తిరిగి వస్తుంది.

‘Mana Ooru - Mana Badi’, ‘Mana Basti - Mana Badi’ was a path breaking initiative.

Infrastructure, protein based breakfast for children, smart digital class rooms was a successful move.
