Indian urban chaos is real. It pays to accept reality and work toward solutions.
Start with :
1. fixing public mobility (transport + pedestrian)
2. securing water + sewage systems
3. building institutional capacity by bringing in domain specialists for urban planning/execution(move away from generalist IAS)
4. enforcing rules strictly with heavy financial penalties(US/Singapore model)
This is already overdue!
❌ PEORES países de Asia para vivir:
・India 🇮🇳 (ruido, tráfico y caos)
・Georgia 🇬🇪 (trabajar mucho, avanzar poco)
・Pakistán 🇵🇰 (demasiada inestabilidad)
・Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 (sueldos por debajo del suelo)

Hello from @3amHQ.
We build infrastructure for engineers who’d rather not wake up at 3am.
First up: NullKey.
The private key that never exists.
SSH keys normally leave a private key sitting somewhere on disk.
NullKey doesn’t.
The key is generated inside Secure Enclave / TPM. The hardware can sign with it. It can’t give the private key back.
No cloud. No account. Nothing to export.
It's free forever.
Shout out to @vikram_m30 👏

So an IAS officer, who worked at the highest levels of bureaucracy, does not want to take any responsibility for the urban mess - which is largely created for reasons of poor execution(which is led by him and his ilk).
He is retired, has some grudges, and so blames it all on one man or the political class.
వృద్ధ నారీ పతివ్రత!!!

Yes, "one man" - @AndhraPradeshCM@ncbn - deserves kudos for 'building India's most liveable city'-with canals to quantum'.
However, it is important to remember that NONE of the 123 urban local bodies in #AndhraPradesh with 17 to 20 million residents do not/ can not deliver potable water to all; none have safe sewage disposal systems, forget the living conditions of slums that are everywhere.
Its a state with a fiscal deficit higher than 75% of #GSDP.
Governance of a state of 56 million, Mr @Mujmash@HariNYT is not a debt-financed real-estate project 🙏🙏

Another reminder that the AI model price war is real and will continue for long.
Ensure models are fully swappable and keep your context and state outside the models.
#GPT5.6 #openAI
major price cuts today:
*80% drop for GPT-5.6 Luna, now $0.20 per million input tokens and $1.20 per million output
*20% drop for GPT-5.6 Terra, to $2/$12
*GPT-5.6 Sol gets Fast mode in the API, up to 2.5x the speed for 2x the price, same intelligence
Quantized and niche open-weight SLMs running on local developer laptops will shift tasks left (from post-commit to pre-PR) and ensure zero egress.
That’s how big cloud-based commercial LLMs will get eaten into.
Reckon this will be a much bigger trend in the days to come.

Introducing Antares: @Cisco's family of small language models for locating known vulnerabilities in code.
Antares-350M and Antares-1B are live on Hugging Face now. They can outperform many larger closed- and open-weight models at a fraction of the cost.
Small enough to run locally. No shipping sensitive codebases to the cloud.
Why it matters: vulnerability triage is expensive and slow. Antares helps democratize AI-assisted security for all.

Commoditisation of AI models and rise of open weight models migrates value to application layer (and compute).
Time to build true AI applications that go beyond demos and are production-ready.

Sad that Google's spot in the top 3 of frontier AI models is questionable - especially as DeepMind made such transformational contributions to foundational layers of AI model development - transformer architecture /DeepRL.
Really hope Google catches up with Pro 3.5 - that will be good for larger ecosystem as Google can technically offer intelligence at the cost of compute with their massive infra inventory.
