मुख्यमंत्री जी @CMUP,

गौतम बुद्ध नगर में एक गंभीर और चिंताजनक घटना घटी है। हमारे एक मित्र अपनी पत्नी के साथ गैलेक्सी ब्लू सफायर मॉल में शॉपिंग के लिए गए थे। वहां लिफ्ट में माल के मेंटेनेंस के दो कर्मचारियों ने उनके साथ अभद्रता की और गंदे शब्दों का प्रयोग किया। जब मेरे मित्र ने इसका विरोध किया, तो उन कर्मचारियों ने 10-15 अन्य लोगों को बुलाकर मेरे मित्र के साथ मारपीट की।

मूल घटना के अनुसार:

1. हमले और अभद्रता: लिफ्ट में दो कर्मचारियों ने अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया और जब विरोध किया गया तो 15-20 लोगों ने मिलकर मारपीट की।
2. पुलिस की निष्क्रियता: हमारी मित्र की पत्नी ने तुरंत 112 पर कॉल किया और थाना बिसरख और गौर सिटी-2 में एप्लीकेशन दी, लेकिन अभी तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है।
3. सीसीटीवी फुटेज: इस घटना की सीसीटीवी फुटेज की जांच कराई जाए।

कानूनी धाराएं: इस मामले में कानूनी धाराओं के अनुसार निम्नलिखित धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज किया जाना चाहिए:

1. धारा 323 - जानबूझकर चोट पहुँचाने के लिए।
2. धारा 341 - गैरकानूनी तरीके से रोकने के लिए।
3. धारा 354 - महिला के खिलाफ यौन उत्पीड़न के लिए।
4. धारा 509- महिलाओं के प्रति अपमानजनक शब्दों का प्रयोग।
5. धारा 506 - धमकी देने के लिए।

कृपया इस गंभीर मामले की तुरंत जांच कराएं और उचित कानूनी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करें।

इस मंदिर का नाम श्री राधा कृष्ण मंदिर है यह श्री राधा स्काई गार्डन सोसायटी ग्रेटर नोएडा वेस्ट में सोसाइटी रेजिडेंट के द्वारा बनाया गया था अब इस मंदिर में कमिटी मेंबर्स ने कब्जा कर लिया है ,वह नए मेंबर ना तो एड करते हैं ना ही वह मंदिर का पुराना हिसाब किताब देते हैं 18 लाख रुपए इकट्ठा हुआ है डेढ़ साल में लगभग इस मंदिर मैं, मंदिर कमिटी मेंबर्स ना ही वह किसी की सुनते हैं अपनी मनमानी करते हैं जो लोग इसे हिसाब किताब मांगने जाते हैं या इनकी मनमानी है खिलाफ आवाज उठाते हैं उनको मंदिर विरोधी बताते हैं उनसे लड़ाई झगड़ा करते हैं उनको गलत शब्द बोलते हैं उनके साथ धक्का मुक्की करते हैं यह है इस मंदिर के हाल पूरा देश राम मैं हो रहा है और यह हो रहा है राम राज्य में। हमने भी इस मंदिर में चंदा दिया था हमने भी इस मंदिर में हर तरह का सहयोग किया था तन मन धन से और आज हमें इस मंदिर में जाने से रोका जाता है बोला जाता है इस मंदिर से दूर रहे कोई है जो मुझे इंसाफ दिला सकता है????
