Heading to San Diego for the #ACSSpring2025 meeting! I'm looking forward to sharing our group's latest work in #3Dprinting (Sunday, 5:30 pm) and #wearables (Tuesday, 3 pm). Thanks so much for the organizers for the two invitations!
Really excited to present the results of a great collaboration between our group @PoLDresden and Elliot Hawkes at @UCSBengineering, which were just published in @ScienceMagazine. This is perhaps the most unexpected project we have done, mixing physics, biology and robotics! 🤖 Congratulations to awesome graduate student Matt Devlin, who led the efforts, and also to Sangwoo Kim and Elliot Hawkes! 🎉

check out our recent work in @ScienceAdvances on tunable electromagnetic metamaterials inspired by the color-changing mechanisms of chameleons! combining nature, engineering, and innovation to explore new possibilities🌈 @BerkeleyME thanks to the wonderful work by my postdoctoral researcher (and previous graduate student) Dr. Daniel Lim and team!
Santa traded his sleigh for a bright red delivery truck today (apparently even he needs extra time to cross the Pacific to our lab!) But here's the kicker: "No peeking until January 24th" ... Some Christmas presents require just a bit more patience than others! #3Dprinting
Heard the very sad news about Sir Fraser Stoddart’s untimely death. Incredibly sorry for his dear family and friends and for anyone missing him. An absolute giant of a chemist and person.
Apply now -- @TheElviraLab and I are co-chairing what will be an amazing @GordonConf on #microfluidics next June in Italy! Super excited to hear from amazing speakers like Amy Herr and others :)
