Thank you to all of my colleagues who voted in favor of consumer choice, expanded markets, and energy independence.
While the fight for nationwide, year-round E15 is not yet finished, yesterday's bipartisan passage of my bill marked a historic win!
House Republicans just passed H.R. 1346 the Nationwide Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act.
This bill allows the year-round sale of E15 gasoline nationwide, expanding fuel choice, supporting American farmers, and helping lower costs at the pump.
Congrats @RepAdrianSmith!
The best part of serving Nebraska’s Third District is getting out across the district and meeting constituents where they are.

For over 40 years, Chief Gary Young faithfully served his community, dedicating his life to keeping his fellow Nebraskans safe.
My deepest condolences go out to his family, friends, and fellow law enforcement officers as they mourn his passing.

Throughout his career as a broadcaster, Kent Boughton not only kept Nebraskans informed, but entertained and he will certainly be missed.
Please join me in praying for his family and friends at this difficult time.

It was great touring the Howard County Medical Center's new wellness facility and discussing ways we can work together to strengthen rural healthcare and expand access to quality care closer to home.
It was a pleasure meeting with Fullerton's Future to discuss rural childcare and explore how community partnerships and smart tax policy can expand access for families.
Thank you, Rick, for letting me stop by the Nance County Journal on my way through town during my district travels.
Appreciated the opportunity to share how the Working Families Tax Cuts are benefiting Nebraskans and give an update on my recent work in Washington!
We cannot allow any American business to face discriminatory barriers from our trading partners; the EU's treatment of Google is yet another example.
As @USTradeRep notes, it’s time for a constructive dialogue to address the EU’s Digital Markets Act – and I urge them to quickly come to the table.
Today, Ambassador Greer issued a statement regarding the European Union's recent actions that create uncertainty in the Turnberry Agreement.

Every vote I cast and every bill I introduce is guided by a simple goal: making Nebraska an even better place to live, work, and raise a family.

Today, I urged @USTradeRep to address Brazil's discriminatory actions targeting American companies.
We cannot afford to let these proposed digital regulations threaten innovation, undermine U.S. competitiveness, and unfairly single out American businesses.
It was great to visit @AKRS_Equipment in Osceola and hear how the Working Families Tax Cuts’ immediate expensing for new equipment is giving Nebraska’s agriculture producers the certainty they need to invest in their own operations.
Today, I supported the House budget resolution to take a crucial step toward strengthening America's election integrity and providing additional support to Nebraska's agriculture producers.
Farm families like the Groskopfs are the backbone of Nebraska's economy. I appreciated the opportunity to visit their operation and discuss how we can continue working together to strengthen America's agriculture industry.
Let me be clear: I am not a fan of tariffs, but I am a fan of engagement.
@POTUS' robust trade engagement continues to expand export markets for America's ag producers and manufacturers.
“I’m not a fan of tariffs, but I’m a fan of engagement.”
@RepAdrianSmith discusses President Trump’s use of tariffs to secure concessions from other countries and the role Congress could play in making trade agreements more durable.
During my recent trip to Ogallala, I sat down with Keith County Commissioner Dale Schroeder and other local leaders to discuss how we can continue working together to make Keith County a better place to live, work, and raise a family.
Thank you for having me!
Looking forward to a great conversation with Sue Davis later today!

In 2023, I led the effort to return billions of hard-earned tax dollars to the middle class.
Now, my Democrat colleagues want to strip this money from hardworking Americans for what?
To fund their bureaucratic busywork and increase audits of America's small businesses.
Always enjoy meeting with members of the Ogallala Rotary Club to learn more about their recent efforts to strengthen their community.
It was also a great opportunity for me to provide an update on the latest happenings in Washington. Thank you for having me!
