Usually this means something along the lines of “not having owned a property within the last 12 months”, but some may have stricter definitions. So best check with the broker/lender re eligibility

@LoisVallely Unfortunately this happens fairly often and not just with pension providers, but across investment & insurance providers and some mortgage lenders too. Many have adapted their processes since COVID-19, but there is still much room for improvement.
