@chris_facilis @aoliveiracanada @voipms@telnyx Hi, Just doing some research on Telnyx to migrate from Voipms, came across this tweet and wondered how do you find the service VS voipms so far?
@OddOneOut97@zinoalex@facebookapp DNS records are erased, and the facebook domain was listed for sale, now nameservers are completely down.... still think it's a rollout issue? hopefully whatever it is they get it sorted soon :)
@aboyzz18@voipms not one day in todays world of internet is a smooth day it's the world we live in now :( hackers have created a multi billion dollar industry, and until we stop feeding them, they will keep coming back for more.
@Andy_Alarm@voipms currently, Toronto 1-4 and 10 are on the new infrastructure, I suggest you switch to one of those. or lots of Montreal or Chicago, or newyork. don't be scared to go a bit further
@s_orlyk@voipms in short, whoever you switch to at this point, is probably having similar problems as well. and if not, it's only a matter of time. food for thought
@s_orlyk@voipms voip .ms has sorted out their issues, and recreated their entire infrastructure with new secure servers and are now funcioning very well. the hackers are now attacking bandwidth .com who is used by many other voip providers
@DisabledCouple@voipms they have not converted the Toronto servers yet, in the meantime use Montreal, or Chicago until they have the Toronto datacenter up to the new security standard
@voipms I very much appreciate the hard work, and thank you for it. Having been in similar situation, I can appreciate the stress and challenge that @voipms is currently under. I really hope for the best, and will persist with patience and loyalty. but communication is important.
@voipms Thank you for acknowledgment, and understanding frustrations, personally I would rather a bit more details even if vague, and some approximation of ETR, understanding that many of us are your resellers, and partners, so we have customers to answer to as well.
having said that:
@voipms These canned tweets are getting old, I'm trying to remain patient and loyal, all wile receiving calls from my own clients and have no answers to give them, I am continually checking twitter for answer and after 6 days you still have given NO DETAILS. I am beyond frustrated.
@Liger_XT5@someguynamed2@voipms 100% correct, weather you publish IPs or not, you can get the IP address in a matter of 5 seconds, any attacker knows this. some people don't understand the intricacy and difficulty of defending something like this. it's just not that simple
@ryder_m @voipms you NEVER pay ransom, you are only supporting and feeding that industry, also in many states it is already a requirement for companies and IT industries to provide full disclosure of ransomware activity and many states it is ILLEGAL to pay. payment should never be an option
@thisisAdamMarsh@angry_nj@voipms Actually, DDoS attacks have been around for ages, it's nothing new, and there are MANY preventative, as well as counter measures. a public facing company like this should have a budget and plan in place PRE attack. much like ransomware, it's part of todays world.
