⚠️≥3 AEs: anemia (26%), hypoxia (11%)
⚠️TRAE led to d/c #casdatifan (11%), cabo (26%), both (7%)

- #Casdatifan + Cabo well tolerated with >G3 hypoxia 11% and low rates of casdatifan d/c (7-11%)
