Of course nobody in this age group is included in any of the #vaccine clinical trials, so far. The much-touted Moderna #coronavirus Phase 2 trial? ALL subjects were under 35 yrs old, healthy, slim and only 3 were nonwhite.

Sound familiar?
We are all upset about the CDC hospital data going missing (especially @DrTomFrieden@rypan).
➡️ But good news—all is not lost. Our trusty @JohnsHopkins#COVID19 dashboard since January sources hospital data directly from states! Thankful, this JHU ‘04. https://t.co/rO7C0c1f41
@EricTopol@COVID19Tracking That's true for the United States as a whole, a collection of outbreaks.
Why do you think it has NOT been true in California, where #covid19 cases rose for 10-12 weeks before a rise in deaths was seen?
@EricTopol@COVID19Tracking Scientifically literate know people this is dishonest discourse. Compare New York Cases (large dots) and deaths (small dots) to Arizona and Florida. Notice the scale of the death differences.
Something is going on but you don't know what it is.

Thought I’d use this Friday afternoon while I wait for the @WHO presser to start to highlight a few articles on #covid19 from the last few days that enlightened and impressed me and that I think you should read:
💬Due to the recovery trial in the 🇬🇧 and @NIH funded one in the 🇺🇸we know:

As predicted and replicated, it takes about 3 weeks from when new covid cases spike to the time an increase in deaths are seen. A graph I made from @COVID19Tracking data to show the lag
Now that we’re no longer deliberately sheltering kids from Covid as camps and other venues reopen, infection rates among kids are rising. Proof of increasing infections among kids should inform the steps we take this fall to prevent outbreaks in schools. https://t.co/2nDClpLgno
