@yairwein Wild result on the sales calls.
Did GLM hold both extraction of facts (next steps, deal features, etc) and understanding nuance (decisions, sentiment, pains)? Evaluating different models, weโve seen range of results with long context
@levie Love this. Another critical missing link in making a system of record useful is trust. Up-to-date, validated context on those same objects is how you get there.
@orenellenbogen@naval Great photo!
How do you go back to your notes?
I find myself taking notes from different books but than hardly looking at them
The only way I found so far is reading the books again but I wonder if you have a better system :)
@BM_DataDowntime Very interesting topic and post!
Having high quality and consistent data is key to create trust.
I do believe itโs too late having it in the data warehouse. But whatโs the alternatives? With the variety of data sources, is there another centralized place to manage it all?
@BM_DataDowntime Great points! I think it also depends on
1. having clear best practices that are domain specific
E.g, to measure impact of your product or feature accuracy - focus on these top 3 KPIs
2. Have data teams become self sufficient and not require others for getting critical data.
@orenellenbogen Really great insights!
Made me think of a few habits I lost track of and need to restart
I especially liked:
1. Sustainable habits you join for the long run - didnโt know youโre thinking of 10/40 years
2. Forming of frameworks - how it takes time
3. Keep focus and saying no
I've got a secret to tell you...
Your boss is tired of being your manager.
They want you to manage them.
