@Teslarati @Writer_01001101 Huh. I incorporated my HPC startup in Nevada (online) in 2000. When I landed our biggest investor ever who pivoted the company to Enterprise in 2006, the new board and CEO switched to Delaware and the company cratered a few years later. Now I know why… Delaware!

@elonmusk Make moderation and ToS violations easier to automate by making account suspensions start short but escalate exponentially, e.g., 1,2,4,8… days, for repeat offense with auto-reinstatement after. Transparent violation triggers, appeal process to fine tune moderation AI.
